At 3 Queens, we don’t import, blend, or bottle elsewhere. Every spirit begins with Virgin Islands sugarcane, fermented on our grounds, distilled in our copper pot, and aged or rested right here in Charlotte Amalie. What you taste is 100% St. Thomas — sun-soaked, uncompromising, and unlike anything else on the shelf.
DarkRum
Rich, brooding, and deeply satisfying — this is the rum the islands were made for. We ferment Virgin Islands sugarcane molasses in-house, distill it through our copper pot still, then rest it until it develops that deep mahogany color and the kind of complexity that only patience and tropical heat can produce.
Sip it neat as the sun dips into the Caribbean, or let it anchor the most honest dark ‘n’ stormy you’ve ever had. Deep and dark — and yes, we mean that both ways.
IslandGin
Most gins get their botanicals from a catalog. Ours grow right here. We cultivate fresh lemongrass on the distillery grounds — hand-harvested, aromatic, and bursting with that unmistakable Caribbean brightness that no dried import can replicate.
The secret weapon? Fragrant basil. It’s what makes this gin unlike anything else — floral, herbaceous, and alive in a way that demands you pause mid-sip and wonder where exactly you are. Island style, baby.
CaneVodka
Forget potatoes. Forget beets. Forget grain. We are in the islands, and the islands run on sugarcane. Our vodka is distilled entirely from Virgin Islands cane — and that distinction matters. The result is a spirit with a natural sweetness and silky texture that potato-based vodkas can only dream about.
Clean and crystal clear, it’s a blank canvas made vibrant by where it comes from. Drink it on the rocks and taste the difference that terroir makes — even in a spirit that’s supposed to taste like nothing.
CoffeeLiqueur
Two island obsessions, unified. We start with our own dark rum — already exceptional on its own — and infuse it with coffee beans we source and roast ourselves. Both are strong by nature. Together, they’re extraordinary.
The result is a liqueur that’s bold enough to stand alone over ice, yet complex enough to elevate every cocktail it touches. Your Espresso Martini will never be the same. Your White Russian will never forgive you for using anything else.
