1. Dark Rum

2. Gin
We grow the lemongrass onsite to use as one of our botanicals. Island style baby. Fragrant basil is the secret that makes our gin like no other.
3. Vodka
Forget potatoes, beets, grain, etc. We are in the islands – you’ll only find sugarcane in our veins and vodka.
4. Coffee Liqueur
Made from rum, we use our own coffee beans for this one. So it’s strong in everyway. This will be the best Espresso Martini or White Russian you’ve ever had.
